Conference Hotel
The 2026 Boston conference will be held at the opulent and historic Fairmont Copley Plaza, in Boston's vibrant Back Bay district.
NOA conference attendees are offered excellent rates for three tiers of rooms:
- $160/night + tax: Moderate room (175 sqft for up to two guests)
- $180/night + tax: Fairmont room (250 to 300 sqft for up to two guests)
- $210/night + tax: Deluxe room (350 sqft for up to two guests)
Reservations at these special conference rates need to be made online, by the cut-off date of Dec. 13, after which no guarantee of rate can be made. There are only a limited number of Moderate and Deluxe rooms; most guests will book Fairmont rooms. Additional upgrades are possible, and additional fees may be incurred for more than two guests per room. Please contact the hotel directly for such inquiries.
*** We encourage attendees to book their rooms well in advance of the deadline in case the group room block sells out prior to the deadline.
The conference rate is available for arrivals up to three days before and after, for those wishing to extend their stay at the property. This rate is on a space-available basis, and attendees are encouraged to plan ahead to reserve in advance to obtain this room rate.
Transportation
From Boston's Logan Airport (BOS), there are several options for getting to the hotel, including The Logan Express Back Bay bus (free from the airport, only $3 return fare), which drops off one block from the Fairmont.
