As the time for our national conference draws closer, NOA leadership has been diligently monitoring the Covid-19 pandemic, including local, state, and national guidelines, travel advisories, and health protocols.  As a result of these considerations and careful negotiations with our contracted hotel in Florida, we have decided to postpone our in-person St. Augustine conference until 2022, and instead hold our 2021 national conference virtually.

Cleveland Conference 2020 Plenary Session: We are very excited to announce that renowned America composer Libby Larsen will join us as a headliner. Marian Anderson, one of the most celebrated singers of the twentieth century, was awarded a "Lift Every Voice" Legacy Award from NOA at its New Orleans convention.  It was the first such award to be given posthumously by the organization, in honor of Ms. Anderson's distinguished career and role as a groundbreaking icon for generations of singers.
