Conference Hotel

The 2024 Tempe conference will be held at the Tempe Mission Palms, conveniently located a few miles from PHX airport, and close to Arizona State University and the thriving Mill Avenue restaurant district.

NOA conference attendees are offered an excellent rate of $189 plus $9.95/night resort fee + tax, for single, double, triple, or quad occupancy. Reservations at this rate will need to be made online, at the link below, by the cut-off date of Dec. 13, after which no guarantee of rate can be made.  *** We encourage attendees to book their rooms well in advance of the deadline in case the group room block sells out prior to the deadline.

The conference rate is available for arrivals up to two days before and after, for those wishing to extend their stay at the property.  This rate is on a space-available basis, and attendees are encouraged to plan ahead to reserve in advance to obtain this room rate.

Daily Transportation between Tempe Mission Palms and the ASU Music Building

We do not recommend driving to ASU for evening performances due to Broadway tours playing at ASU Gammage. It will be quicker and easier to walk or take the free trolly or bus (information below). If driving is necessary, take a ride share in order to avoid parking.

Easy, 15-minute walk, south on Mill Ave, directly to the ASU Music building (50 E Gammage Parkway).

There is a free streetcar that goes up and down Mill Avenue every 15-20 minutes. There are stops right by the hotel and directly in front of the Music Building (3-minute ride).

Free Tempe Orbit Bus, a 5-minute ride from the hotel to the front of the music building. This bus runs every 15 minutes between the hotel and music building (6:30am-10:30pm)

Download the Valley Metro App for live updates and Bus oriented mapping on Apple or Android.
