Convention Hotel

Roosevelt HotelConvention attendees are encouraged to stay at the convention hotel, the Roosevelt Hotel:

For a classic New York City hotel experience, none of the other Hotels in New York City comes close to The Roosevelt Hotel. Opened in 1924 at the height of the Jazz Age, the "Grand Dame of Madison Avenue" continues to impress guests in its prime location at Madison Avenue and 45th Street in midtown Manhattan. We are the pinnacle of classic New York City Hotels.

Hotel Reservations

The Roosevelt is offering a group rate for NOA and NATS members of $179++ single or double occupancy guaranteed in "Superior" and "Deluxe" rooms. There will be an additional charge for more than two in a room. The rate is good three days before and after the convention. Reservations may be made by calling 1-888-833-3969. The cut-off date for the guaranteed rate is December 16, 2013, or when our room block is filled. After that, the hotel will accept reservations at the group rate on a space available basis. Please reserve early.

Online reservations are also available, with a caveat. Lower rates are listed online during our dates that apply only to the very small "Cozy" category of rooms. The current online price for "Superior" and "Deluxe" rooms is higher than our group rate. There is a non-refundable, fully-prepaid rate that is slightly lower. IF YOU CHOOSE TO BOOK ONLINE, PLEASE INDICATE IN THE SPECIAL REQUEST BLOCK THAT YOU ARE WITH THE NATIONAL OPERA ASSOCIATION IN ORDER FOR US TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR THE ROOM.
